  • 2. The chip is directly welded on the FPC, with a simple structure and high reliability.
  • 3. Anti-vulcanization and anti-oxidation.
  • 4. FPC adopts PI film, which makes the solder pad less susceptible to damage during high-temperature welding.
  • 5. FPC offers an optimal heat dissipation (junction to the heat sink) that guarantees optimal cooling of the LEDs to enable outstanding lifetime and color consistency ratings.
